These charges are applied when businesses send notifications to customers who haven't responded within 24 hours. The specific charges vary based on the country code associated with the customer's WhatsApp account. At our end, we transparently bill these charges to you without any additional fees.

An Automatic Payment method has been introduced to streamline the monthly billing and payment process, debiting funds directly from your account. As per guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India, all banks and card issuers must adhere to e-mandate regulations to enable automatic payments for customers.

For amounts below INR 15,000, payments can be auto-debited from the card, while transactions exceeding INR 15,000 will require OTP verification.

Tellzy offers unlimited team member logins across all pricing plans. You have the flexibility to add as many team members as necessary for your business operations.

Once your business has been granted Official Business Account (OBA) status on WhatsApp, a green tick will appear next to your business name, enhancing credibility for your users. Even if your WhatsApp business number isn't saved by your contacts, the green tick will be visible in the display name of your contact number.

As Tellzy operates on an official WhatsApp Business platform, we offer to apply for the WhatsApp green tick on your behalf at no additional cost once you've subscribed to a paid plan with Tellzy.

However, it's important to note that the approval of the green tick verification ultimately lies with WhatsApp, and their decision is final. Various factors, including brand credibility, social media following, external media listings, and domain ranking, can influence the approval process.

To request green tick verification, simply reach out to our support team, and we'll assist you through the process. Typically, approval takes about 3 business days. Once approved, your business name, along with the green tick, will automatically display to your users, signifying that your business is verified.

In the event that your application for the green tick is rejected, it won't affect your ability to utilize Tellzy or the WhatsApp Business API.

You can indeed utilize an existing WhatsApp number with Tellzy. However, it's essential to delete the account associated with that number before onboarding with Tellzy.

In cases where the number is currently being used by another Business API, it's still possible to migrate it to Tellzy. This process involves disabling the 2 Factor Authorization (2FA) pin from your current Business Solution Provider (BSP).

Alternatively, you can opt to provide a new phone number where you can receive an OTP – this could be either a virtual number or a regular SIM number.

Once the number is successfully migrated to WhatsApp Business API and linked to Tellzy, it will be accessible solely through Tellzy.

If you're using a virtual number tied to Tellzy, standard voice calls can be made as usual. However, it's important to note that WhatsApp voice and video calls cannot be supported via WhatsApp Business API.

When it comes to selecting a number to be used for Tellzy, you can use any valid number that can receive an OTP via SMS or a voice call. This could be a virtual number or a regular SIM number.

If you have an existing WhatsApp API account with some provider, you can now migrate it to Tellzy.
